Hybrid Extraction in Hario Switch
The Hario Switch combines the best of both pour-over (percolation) and immersion brewing methods:
- Percolation: Highlights bright floral and citrus acidity.
- Immersion: Enhances sweetness, body, and compensates for uneven kettle pours.
